I was a slacker yesterday.

So here is my menu:

1 1/2 c goulash
12 oz Diet Ginger Ale
1 90 Cal Fit & Active Honey Nut Granola Bar

Afternoon Snack

Lemon

Dinner

2 Egg & Cheese Sandwiches (Honey Wheat english muffin, 1/2 c egg substitute, 3 slices American cheese)
12 oz Diet Ginger Ale

Late Night Snack

Hamburger
French fries (baked at home)
12 oz Coke

I went to bed with 341 cals left for the day.
